After meeting two or three other real estate agents, we came to Ben through a referral from a friend. From our very first conversation to the very end, he was an excellent resource for us. We were first time home buyers, new to the Phoenix market, without much real estate knowledge. Ben led us through this difficult and harrowing process with enthusiasm and kindness. This process isn't easy for anyone (let alone people home buying on a budget). We put in offers on two properties and hit snags along the way. Whenever we encountered a problem, Ben had at least one or two solutions to offer. Throughout our many interactions, Ben was quick to respond to our calls and text messages. He was very patient with our many, many, very specific questions and constantly reassured us that he was there to help us with everything we needed (tours, lender and contractor referrals, doubts/fears). Despite the pandemic, and it being a seller's market, Ben was able to get us into a very beautiful home in a well established community without paying over asking price and with the seller covering 100% of our closing costs. We aren't even paying our HOA dues for a year! That is the true testament to his skills as a real estate agent.
